Terms And Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the www.rjmanagementonline.com website, Operated by RJ Management.   Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance of these terms. These terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service. No vulgar content posted on the website including profile pictures, and videos.  The website is open to variety of professionals please be respectful.Only individuals that are working a serious business will be allowed to be a member. RJ Management has the right to deny a membership to individuals doing their business as a hobby. This action is taken place to avoid scammers on the website. No public disputes under comments. Speaking on the company name, website, or services & products in a negative way will not be accepted on the website.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, with prior notice or liability or for any reason whatsoever, if you breach these terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.  

Graphic Design & Printing Services

Members or Visitors will be contacted after purchasing any service via email, phone, and any other contact methods until we receive a response. We will collect more information and details needed to process your order.

For every graphic design,  A sample image will be sent to the client for a preapproval of the direction of the artwork except for cartoon illustrations. Clients can see the style of cartoon on the website prior to purchasing. Once approved the order will continue being processed. The final design will be sent via email once completed. After receiving the completed design, clients have 48 hours to make any last minute changes. After 48 hours any changes are subject to an additional charge of $5.00 per revision. Cartoon Illustrations only have 2 revisions within the 48 hour time frame. 

For every graphic design service including prints, A sample image will be sent to the client for approval prior to printing. After approval, the client has 24 hours to make any changes before the job begins processing. After a job begins processing no more changes can be made. If a client would like to speed up the process and not wait 24 hours until their job begins they can waive their right to revisions by email. 

 

All Products (No Printing Services)

After a member or visitor purchases a single item or bulk quantity, a customer service representative will contact the client to review their order with them. Checking quantity, sizes, colors, product brandShipping Information, and Discounts. After the order and price have been confirmed. RJ Management will then begin to process the order. Product orders are processed the same day and shipped the next.  

Services

Services purchased from the website are custom jobs. The services are designed to help different businesses and individuals. See the description for more information on what is offered, the process and for the turnaround time. 

 

Turnaround Time

 Standard Wait Time for all graphic designing services is 7-10 Business Days. Standard Wait Time for all Printing services is 7-14 Business days. Product purchases are processed the same day and shipped the next. Shipping wait time is 2-4 Business Days using either USPS or UPS. Services offered on the website have their own wait time, see the description for more information. All orders can be processed sooner, depending on the volume of jobs before yours being placed. Prior to purchase Clients will be updated with the wait time on their order. 

 

Payment Terms

Graphic Designs and Printing jobs

Orders under $300.00 are subject to be paid in full prior to any job being started. Orders over $300 are eligible to begin processing with a down deposit. Each job will have a different deposit requirement, see the invoice/estimate for more information. 

Product Purchase

Any product purchased from the website in single or bulk quantity is to be paid in full prior to delivery. 

Purchase of Service

Any services purchased from the website are to be paid in full prior to delivery.

 

An Invoice will be sent to the client via email to pay with PayPal or any credit/debit card. The client will receive a receipt for their records. 

 

Refunds 

Graphic Designs

After 48 hours the client is not able to receive a refund on any graphic designs. A pre-approval is confirmed with the client prior to finishing the design. After the design is completed the client has 48 hours to make any changes. Within the 48 hour revision period is when the client has time to make changes and to discuss a refund if not satisfied. 

Printing Jobs

Clients are to contact us within 7 days after had receiving the order. If the client does not contact the company with any issues or concerns within 7 days a refund cannot be issued after the allowed time frame. If a customer is dissatisfied a review will take place referring back to the order form,  approved mock image, and the final result. If the mock image has flaws after the printing has been completed RJ Management is not responsible. Clients are to look over the mock image carefully and approve before we are allowed to process the order. 

Product Purchase

Clients have 7 business days to contact RJ management with any issues regarding their purchase. After contacting the company for a refund the client has 10 business days to send back the product. If the tracking number for the merchandise is not given to RJ Management within the 10 business days, the refund will be disputed and become non-refundable.

RJ Management will not accept damaged or used merchandise for return. If a damaged product is returned to the company for a refund, an email will be sent to the client explaining why their refund was denied. RJ Management will not ship out damaged merchandise back to the client at our expense. Clients may pay the shipping cost to have their denied merchandise shipped to them. 

 

Services

Services are non-refundable. If a client is not happy with their order, RJ Management we will do everything possible to satisfy the client and to not inconvenience them. Clients are to get a good understanding of what is offered through any service from its service description prior to purchasing.
